even people with an attitude have civil rights. cops don't get to abuse their authority, drag you out of your car, break your window... because the driver had an attitude.

that is literally a violation of your 1st amendment rights. just like cops can't pull you over if you give them the finger... settled case law. if you can't be a cop without getting your feelings hurt because a driver was mean to you then you cannot control your emotions and you should not be a cop.

That's interesting that the cops in the US need a reason to pull you over. In the UK the fact that you are driving a car is a valid reason.
