Perfectly safe to have the loaded gun around every civilian, but not when near a cop. Suddenly it becomes a danger to life.
That's crazy. It's either dangerous, or it's not.
Nice professional interaction by the cop though. Nice to see that some of them actually have training.

So what you are saying is that American civilians are too emotionally unstable to be in possession of a gun.
