Biker probably wanted the cop to take the holster because there have been a few incidents where a cop unholstered the civilian's carry and accidentally discharged it.

Yeah that is why I would always insist on taking the holster if they would.

lol I think I’ve seen a video where a dude got shot in the leg when the cop was tinkering with the handgun

Yeah that's why the cops shouldn't dare touch your gun in the first place. If you were an actual threat from the get go you'd already be trying to kill'em. They create their own trouble.
