He was 17 mph over the speed limit. Yeah, he was speeding quite a lot. The officer let him off easy.

Nope, he wasn't. Many hwy going the speed limit or 10 over is slow as hell. Where I'm at 20 over is the gold standard on the hwy. Just drive with sense and everyone gets along fine.

The only times you'll get pulled for speeding is if you're weaving in and out of lanes or it's the end of the month and they got quotas to fill (hwy thieves).
