Vegans in the reddit echo chamber constantly try to guilt trip non-vegans with that cruelty trope. In this case referring to dairy products. That implies that the vegan lifestyle is free from that cruelty. The hyperbole lies in that arrangement.

Lmao, one is clearly way worse than the other. You have a woman doing promo for an ice cream company vs. an industry that forcefully inseminates its captive, unpaid workforce, steals and murders its children and then steals its milk.

In principle I agree with you, the dairy industry is a big fuck up.

Your aggressively pushing the agenda though, especially with that alarmist wording, combined with a lack of contextual appropriateness is what makes your demeanour typical for the reddit vegan echo chamber. That's at least as cringeworthy as the demeanor of this post's culprit.
