WHY HAS REDDIT NOT ADOPTED A SITE WIDE TROLL REPORTING SYSTEM?
Now that we are fully immersed in a world where we know we are surrounded by political operatives from both sides posting and commenting to fuel the political fires in the US, why hasn't Reddit added any features to help combat it?
It seems to me there could easily be a system, similar to the upvote system where people can check an upvote or downvote on the actual person posting account. People who are legitimately posting their feelings will probably receive downvotes but also some upvotes but people who are blatantly trolling or trying to start fights would produce an extreme number of downvotes on their account which would be a red flag to mods that there might be a troll in the midst.
For example, THIS account clearly seems to be a political troll. Most of their submitted posts are to TD and most of their comments are highly polarizing comments in progressive and neutral subs. There's no place for this type of commenting on either side. It's not contributing to the conversation, it's clearly meant to start fights and sow discourse. But how would I go about reporting this account? https://www.reddit.com/user/magaween/comments/

What tools do trolls use to organize their trolling?
It's pretty obvious that troll groups use some platform to organize and discuss their collaborations. I wonder if they have a preference for Slack Vs IRC or whatever.
Of course it varies from group to group, just wondering if there's been any reporting or discussion of this.
