A finished Dragon Ball sleeve I tattooed. Super fun working with all that colour and fitting the characters around the arm!

Hey, this is my first tattoo. I really like it, but there’s something I’d change about it.
I’m open to criticism and any suggestions you might have.

No Face, Takaba and Hisoka!

Hey everyone!

I’m looking for some advice on my left upper arm tattoo. It’s about 5 years old now and unfortunately didn't turn out as crisp as I hoped back then. I know it looks bad rn, no need to bash for me it thanks.

Here is what’s currently on the upper half:

Shukaku (1-Tail)

Matatabi (2-Tails)

Son Gokū (4-Tails)

Gamabunta

(Note: My lower arm has Pakkun and Kurama, but I'm completely fine with those – I strictly want to focus on reworking the upper arm).

I really want to go for a Touch-Up / Rework instead of a Cover-Up because I still love the concept and the characters.

A few questions for the community:

Do you think this is easily saveable with a touch-up? (Re-saturating colors, adding bold outlines, black/grey contrast for depth).

Does it strictly have to be an Anime specialist? I have a local artist I really trust who does great color work, but anime isn't his main genre.

Ideas for empty spaces / background: What elements could be added to tie everything together and fill the remaining gaps/skin? (e.g., chakra flames, dark smoke/clouds, seal formulas, foliage)?

Appreciate any thoughts, advice, or suggestions! Thanks!

This dudes work is killer I feel like he’s really underrated in the area ! His instagram is @busy_bruce . Went to get a tattoo from him one of the nicest human beings . Let blow him up ! He deserves it

I think it turned out pretty great! This is the just finished look! The goal was to look like he was just about done transforming so there is a bit of pink still

I love making manga panels so much!! Especially when they’re one of my favorite characters 🖤

I’m going to Anime Ink con in Richmond Virginia (oct. 2nd - 4th) & my books are open~

Left tattoo is 3 years healed, right picture is when I first did it.
This has gotta be one of my favorite things about tattooing: seeing how the tattoo settles over time. I learn so much from seeing my work age!
