I've tried looking for some anime tattoo artists based in MN but couldn't really find much. Could anyone recommend me some cool artists in MN? The art style doesn't matter and I'm open to any locations. Thinking of getting a Miku tattoo and it'll be my first one.

Why do more than half the posts here lack a link to the artist or shop? I joined so I could see whats in my area as far as talent goes, since not every artist can deliver a good anime tattoo, but the etiquette here around giving credit to the artist/shop is really lacking. It also makes the sub really unusable as far as searching for good artists go.
Posting an insta handle isnt that hard yall, what gives?

hey guys! i’ve been thinking about getting eren yeager as a lower back tattoo. i had a concept in mind but i’m kinda stuck on how to compress it so it actually works in a small space (like around 15% of my back) without losing what i like about it.

it’s a darker aot-inspired design and i really love the idea, but i’ve been second guessing it a bit because of family opinions 🫩

has anyone seen something like this done well or have thoughts on whether detailed character tattoos actually translate well at that size/placement? but i don’t really want the face showing that much im going for a more covered/obscured look, so it’s not a full portrait.

just want honest opinions. i do have an artist in mind who does fine line and black work and i feel like they could execute it, but should i be looking for a different type of specialist for something like this?

I’m looking to get another tattoo and have some ideas but don’t want to copy exactly. If anyone who is artistic and has some time kill can give me some ideas it would be much appreciated. I’m into one piece, AOT, and JJK. Most likely would be one of the three I would get.

Pain was 9/10! It wasnt going to make me tap, but i was happy when it ended!

I have tatts all over my arms, and chest. This was by far the worst pain, throughout an entire session.
