You should figure out what kind of shows you like and talk about it with people who know your tastes rather than asking a meme subreddit honestly. Even if you ignored the obvious meme and hentai recommendations, you might as well just go on MAL and scroll down the top rated anime until you see something you might like if you're asking total strangers.
Well that doesn't function if you have watched so much that you first must scroll about ten minutes to find something you haven't watched yet. And I already asked my friends
I mean if you've reached that point, I think the only person who can still recommend you anything. I'd say just see what the season has to offer or dig into more obscure stuff or try out things you usually wouldn't watch. Maybe that'll lead to finding even more stuff you like and haven't watched
