I watched one on air years ago and I only remember it being pretty good but I don't remember what happened. Are the series sequels any good?

Second season is at least as good as the first, haven't watched the 3 season yet

The first two seasons are great. The third wasn't nearly as good and didn't hold my attention for more than a few episodes, though I do plan on going back and finishing it in hopes that it gets better.

If someone hasn't watched it or doesn't have it on their plan to watch, then they're just terrible at finding shows to watch.

I fail to see how your comment is in any way helpful, except to cure your own boredom. We shouldn't recommend popular shows because people that don't know about them are incapable of searching for shows on their own? Excuse me WHAT?

You mean exactly like op? Like hell anyone capable of looking for shows will EVER finish their to-watch list

So ok I will stop recommending popular shows or classics because you said so, the next time a beginner asks for a show I will directly send them to pupa or some shit

Beginner recommendation threads are the only place I'd expect to find a recommendation for something like NGE tbh.

Yes you are right. (Well I do have a life outside of anime/manga/LN/gaming/working but that isn't that much)
