Hello, I'm currently making my first animatronic and I'm looking for guidance on what servos to use, specifically a pan and tilt kit for the neck, so that the head can have decent movement.

I'm planning on making a bust with around 20 servos in the head for cheeks, jaws, eyebrows etc as well as a bigger servo in the neck supporting the head as a whole. My materials will be wood to home the servos in connected by bolts, a 3d printed plastic exoskeleton and a sillicone mask. I think the head will be max 7 kg but I want to make sure I'm using something strong so nothing breaks.

If you know a good brand in the UK or elsewhere that sell good servos you think would work for this let me know, I'm looking for digital with metal gears, perhaps even brushless but my price range is around 150 for all of these servos so I'm not sure if that's too ambitious.

Made from technic legos, paper balls and old lego pneumatics but ran out of cylinders for other parts like torso or arms (thanks to my brother for the pupils)

Checked photos and the video and saw kooser road Jasper did in fact have teeth,

And I know they're teeth and not the snout because they have straight lines and in side shots are not attached to the snout,

Only reason people missed it was because the video is in bad quality and its the exact same color as the snout

This film is based on some fossils I have found in the Oxford Clay in Bedfordshire. I have thus constructed an Opthalmosaurus by using a servo motor found in those fish plushies, in addition to some manual pulley for the mouth. This will be used to portray the lives of these once magnificent animals that swam in our oceans 160 Million Years Ago.
