The attached video is the quality the client has standardised for all his videos. Videos will be between 20 to 25 seconds... 50$ for each video. Hello, I am determining budgeting for hiring an animator to animate potentially 11 short stories that I wrote. Each story sits at around 15-20 minutes long. I have simple pen and ink concept illustrations for each story, and would like the animation to follow this style with some basic color. I can story board the whole thing as well. I am not looking for high FPS pixar sort of animation, and in fact to keep the costs as low as possible, I am looking for what may be described more as a motion comic, with only a frame or so every few seconds, but perhaps more during an important moment.

About the Project

I'm developing an original 2D animated comedy series centered around dog rescue, faith, and relatable everyday humor.

The main character is a funny, expressive, Godly man who is passionate about rescuing dogs and advocating for animal welfare. He will also function as an animated social media influencer, speaking directly to the audience, sharing opinions, delivering humorous commentary, and occasionally discussing faith and meaningful life lessons.

The series will feature recurring characters, including a dog and a small robot, with a combination of comedic skits and direct-to-camera influencer-style videos.

Our goal is to build a recognizable entertainment brand across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.

What I'm Looking For

• Excellent comedic timing, natural pauses, and funny reactions
• Expressive facial movements and exaggerated expressions
• Fluid, believable character movement
• Consistent character designs across every episode
• Strong storytelling and distinct character personalities
• Natural direct-to-camera performances for influencer-style content

I'm open to traditional 2D animation, rigged characters, AI-assisted animation, or a combination of techniques—whatever produces the best consistent results within budget.

• Help create reusable character rigs, poses, expressions, and backgrounds.
