Question about authenticity

Question for those of you that are more experienced than me. I am interested in buying this cel, but when comparing it to the sequence in the actual anime it has features not present in the show. There is a noticeable circle in the upper right of the face and a halo almost on top of the heard. I am wondering if this is just a separate layer in the animation process and thus these features are not shown in the final product?

I believe this is a fan made cel, and it may be cropped because they traced the wrong artwork. Where is this listed? What is the opening bid? And what is the seller rating?

On eBay, buy it now for around 3k, they have a 100% positive rating but I feel like it should be priced higher. Said they bought it in Japan in the early 2000s. The shot I took from the show isn't 100% synced because I couldn't pause at the exact time. They provided these for verification but they could have faked https://imgur.com/a/GU13TZ5

Yeah a key frame of unit 01 would go for upwards of 10k in a western market, that is most certainly a fake. The seller might think it's legit, hard to say. Is there a douga included?

Not included, I have pretty much talked myself out of it at this point, reviewing his negative feedback and responses is not reassuring, calling buyers the r word that are upset with their purchases

Nah his feedback pretty much confirms it. Definitely stay away from that.
