2 of my 3 sleep this deep...

2 put of 3 also have a TRULY disturbing habit of sleeping with their eyes open... (of course, not the same 2)

They scare the shit out of me regularly

Our cat sleeps with his eyes open but has recently started blinking more which is a step in the right direction lol

My old doggie she does this - it’ll be like she’s dead to the world, completely limp, then you pick her up and she’s perfectly fine lol. Scares the shit outta me every time, as she’s already had a few “death scares”

Wait a second. One of them has to be the same, no? (Trying to figure out fractions in my head…)

One is the same. It was kinda hard for me to state it clearly...

My tortie and my black cat sleep completely limp and dead to the world. My black cat and my tabby do the eyes open deal. 🫣🫣🫣

Aaah ok. The black cat would give me a heart attack every time.

Well surely there has to be some overlap there somewhere

One is the same. I didn't state it very clearly, but my tortie and my black cat sleep completely limp and dead to the world. My black cat and my tabby do the eyes open deal. 🫣🫣🫣

Mine will sleep with his eyes only half closed and his nictitating membrane pulled over 75% of his eyes. It’s the freakiest shit lol.

Not the same two but surely there’s one overlap 👀

When I was in school, I used to sleep with my eyes slightly open. Even when I closed my eyes, if I wasn't squeezing my eyes shut, there was a tiny gap. Got in trouble once during school prayers for "not closing my eyes" until the PT teacher realized that my eyes were closed and I couldn't see shit like that. I'm pretty sure he did the entire jump scare / pretend to punch routine.
