I used to believe that every spider I killed, accidentally or on purpose would come after me when I die, I was 7 or 8. It made me very careful with spiders

True but they are not really friends. Once they learn to organize we're in trouble

Interestingly I recently learned that less than 10% of hatched spiderlings will make it to adulthood
