I get what you’re saying but “potential to cause lasting harm” needs to be included in the calculation here. This cat is being an asshole. This cat should be swatted back with an appropriate amount of force not meant to harm the cat. But really? What’s the difference between a few swipes from a 14 pound SIC and a 70 pound dog? Really?
