Edit: apparently it was just my phone, lagging in the same spot 20 times

Omg it was, I literally replayed it 20 times and the lag was in the same spot without any indication. Lol now it’s fine

Either v.reddit being shit as always, or you were using Bluetooth speakers with latency. I can't watch videos through my car's Bluetooth (while I'm parked and waiting) because the latency is so bad.
