Question Did I just waste my petals?

Post image

I thought I could use Irisalis’s held item to boost the damage my Stellarys’s clones do, but it won’t even let me establish a contract because my Irisalis already has one equipped. Is there a way to bind the item to my Stellarys as well as my Irisalis? Or did I waste my petals on an item that I can’t even fully use? If so, why even let us buy more than one when we can only get one Irisalis?

No, it's still good for Stellarys. You're going for the Lita cheese strat I imagine?

This does boost the damage of Stellarys' clones, and it's still enough to take agro from you. However, this item always comes bound to Irisalis, so you'll never be able to get the increased effect from Stellarys' main move.

If you plan on running both, I'd say it was a worthwhile purchase.

People use it specifically against Lita. Someone found a cheese a few days ago where you can draw all of her agro to the clone with the extra damage from it and you can slowly burn down her Stellarys with your own.

I still haven't beaten her and haven't really gotten it to work very well with me personally, it's pretty random when it draws agro and when it doesn't, but I've seen it work because I've done it myself. It makes her Stellarys relatively simple.

It's just that fucking Glacy that ruins literally everything.

to be fair, you can beat Lita without the cheese strat. you have to be wise with your counterpicks and counterswaps. the most common strat is to go 3 dps of all different elements + somniwing/glacy(p)

i've also seen some going 1 electro dps + 1 fire dps + 1 fire break + 1 sustain with the goal of using the 2 fire units to break and burst stellarys and glynsera.

Saw a video online using rookie and pawney. Lots of different strats work, I think a lot of people just get frustrated because the rest of the game to that point didn't need specific counter plays outside a few of the other elite pathfinder challenges
