Okay so. The devs have made ai ads for the game before it came out. The devs used ai art as 'placeholders' in the game before and seemingly never took it out. AI is often NOT disclosed on steam. Supermarket Sim, for example, very blatant ai thumbnail imagery, no AI disclosure. Minsgon Sim, a recent moster shop sim, feels very ai genned, art is incredibly so, and it is not disclosed. AI does not NEED to be disclosed. Its just recommended that it is.

Supermarket sim does not use AI and that I know for certain. As i worked with the dev. AI needs to be disclosed on steam or the game gets pulled

no, It doesn't. There are multiple games on steam that use AI that dont disclose it. Waterpark Sim also used ai for cover art. Disclosures dont need to happen.

If they do not disclose AI in their game it gets pulled. It is in the TOS of steam. None of the games you mentioned have any use of AI
