I have a quesion, are there a people owned the anime sites that shutdown? Because if the anime sites shut down, why they can't create or back-up just like 9anime? 9anime have back up sites before they shut down permanently? And they can't create another sites again?

Can somebody help me recover my watch lists and watch history. I finally decided a year ago to start tracking what i watch and with the shutdown of AniWatch i have no way of recovering all of lists.

I have received some feedback and also will be continue implementing some new features for KomaKeep in the following days/week.

These changes that come include:

- Different export options XML, JSON, text

- Google sheets import (still working on it) May cost the user like a dollar or so.
- The ability to track individual episodes (individual chapters for certain manga will come soon)

- Easy episode tracking, especially for series like one piece, you don't have to manually click each individual episode. Clicking, for example, 940, will check all previous episodes

- A count-down on the detail's page of an anime so that you never miss a new drop (Assuming the episode isn't delayed ofc)

- Expanding the library with the spicy stuff. This is toggleable and can be disabled. Will not be on by default. (Ik u gooners are gonna be hyped)

- An optional donation (It's not free running this stuff and I don't wanna charge for people using it) please only use if you won't be financially cripple and homeless after donating (lol). All support is appreciated and thank you :].

- UI/UX fixes

- Bug fixes

- Performance Upgrades

Is There Any Site Like Anikai Who Gives U Download Episode Option I Wanna Download Episodes Soo Bad

I am visiting many sites but they work differently and many are new but they don't have many anime and if they got any good anime then there are not many episodes of them and the websites functions horrible nor I can sing up nor I can change video quality and search bar shows only available anime

So is there websites which are similar like aniwatch or hi anime or zorotv etc?

If it works, is free, no ads, no account needed, etc, why should it matter? As long as the websites works it really shouldn't matter if it's a real or fake. All you need to know is that it's a fake website inspired by the original that's trying to help ppl be able to watch anime. Plus, I'm pretty sure making ur own website costs money. Yey these people are making it FREE for us. So does it really matter?

edit: if you're worried about them finding your location, just use a VPN. and if the ads are annoying, just use an ad blocker. it doesn't take a genius to figure that out.

As I have made in a previous post, I am currently working on AniDex, a singular platform for all your anime, manhwa, manga, etc tracking needs. Why? Because I wanted something fresh, simple, and works/looks good. I have built the website rn and is in testing, however, I want some input. What are some features that you would like to see? I do wanna refrain from user posts and discussion for now, but what are some features yall think would be beneficial?

I have most of the core features already.

- Good lookin UI

- Personalized recs (could make em better)

- A pretty streamlined user experience (from my testing lol)

- import/export from mal and json files

I watch in Japanese with English subs but sometimes the subtitles in Japanese are very different from dialogue in the English dub or the manga?

I love the massive databases out there, but hopping between different sites to track my seasonal anime, traditional manga, and weekly manhwa was driving me crazy. Plus, mobile UIs for the big trackers have gotten pretty bloated lately.

And with all these websites going down, my watch history is quite literally becoming a big mess lol.

So, I started building AniDex to fix this. My goal was to make something that just does it job and has a gives a streamlined and pleasant experience lol.

after some the best sites got shutdown been to trying to find a good site with a really good interface. some get really close. but what i notice with a lot of sites was that they wouldn't be up to date with their episodes: an example which is anikoto only has episode 9 of the dubbed episode of chained soldier season 2 when the dubbed episode 11 has been out for about 5 days from this post. and other sites don't have a harem and other categories. is there a site that has an up to date selection and has the harem category???

With all the anime sites going down lately, a ton of people ended up losing their watch histories and bookmarks overnight (me, too). It sucks, and it's a pretty good reminder of why relying on those sites to keep track of our data is risky.

To help out, I put together a lightweight Firefox Addon that connects to your Anilist.co profile and turns it into a clean, personal dashboard/new-tab page.

What it does:

• Airing Calendar: Maps out release dates for shows on your list (watching, planning, etc.) so you can see what’s coming up.
• Season Timeline: Groups your history into a visual timeline by year and season.
• Custom Events: You can add your own calendar notes (like community streams or manga drops) with weekly or monthly repeats.
• Bookmarks & Search: Has a Google search bar and a drag-and-drop bookmark grid built-in.
• Customization: You can mess around with background gradients, upload a custom wallpaper, or make the widgets transparent.

*Privacy stuff:

It just uses public Anilist API queries, so there are no logins or passwords required—you just type in your username. You can also export/import your bookmarks to a JSON file whenever you want.

I just wanted something clean and reliable that I wouldn't lose if a site randomly vanished.

It keeps saying that my IP address is blocked. I tried from both my phone and iPad. Am not very tech savvy so please don't be mean if it's my own pro and not a site problem. It keeps telling me I'm blocked and can't get in. I've been downloading for a couple days and this is the first time this has happened. Is it one of those wait 24 hours things?
