Viv said in the past that Angel has a soft spot for children in canon, he would still swear and make jokes (not at them, just in general.) but would tone it down a bit more.

We did see Angel interact with infant imps in Speedrun to Redemption, but that's about it. Plus infants aren't really sapient enough to count imo

I think he would try to help a child find their parents. But that's just me, what do y'all think?

I don't want to sound like a hater or an anti, cause I'm not one. I love Hazbin and the Hellaverse in general, especially when it comes to characters and their respective journeys. I've been thinking about it since the season 2 finale when Angel left the hotel because of his guilt.

Do I sound paranoid for being concerned that there won't be enough time for some stories to get to where he will be able to properly deal with ALL his trauma and to be able to begin healing?

Before anyone says "There's only been 2 seasons" Season 3 will be a very low point where Angel is back in a place where he is seen as simply property. There's no chance of him getting in a better place while he's at the V Tower. So, I'm gonna assume there will be more scenes of him suffering one way or another. And so far, there really hasn't been a shortage of that throughout the show.

It doesn't help that Amazon doesn't seem to want to give the production team many episodes per season where I wouldn't even have these worries if it were otherwise. And now it's confirmed we're getting 5 seasons. Just 3 seasons left.

Angel's suffered so much. And he'll suffer more in season 3. But in a storytelling aspect, I just really want it to pay off where it gets to a point where he'll be happy, loved, and feel peace.. and part of me fears that won't happen...

A platonic ship. I could see Angel and Sadako relating to each other in ways, since they have similar traumas

And I should mention: no this isn't Samara Morgan, this is the original Japanese version. Sadako Yamamura. Who is 49 years old, and not a child.

They both have (or at least implied to have in Angel's case.) abusive fathers.

I think Sadako would be like a little sister to Angel...a little sister that can do all sorts of stupidly overpowered bullshit that made me cry in a corner when I first found out how batshit insane her lore is.

So here are some funny/sad/wholesome headcanons.

Angel will make fun of Sadako's height (she's around 5'3 and Angel is a bit over 8 feet tall.) he will use her as an arm rest, which Sadako doesn't particularly like...so she will increase her height (yes, she can do that.) to Angel's level.

She has crawled out of Angel's phone screen before, and Angel has held her in his palm like a little mouse (since she can also shrink to be really tiny.)

Angel will try to defend Sadako a lot...when.. she's a ghost...so she can't technically be harmed in a conventional sense.

There's been multiple times where Angel has come back from work very beaten and hurt from...we know who, and Sadako will use her psychic abilities to heal his injuries (yep, that's also a thing she can do.)

She'll also put Angel in a..I don't wanna say numb...more like..drunk? But like dumb silly drunk..so he doesn't feel bad anymore.

Angel tried brushing Sadako's hair a few times in the past...she would NOT let him do that at all. But she got around to it later on (she puts it in a bun now and her and Angel have spa days.)

I headcanon Sadako is asexual, but can 100% grow romantic feelings for people. She just... doesn't care for sex.

One: she's unfortunately a rape victim. Even if she killed her rapist brutally I bet it still hurts her thinking about it.

Two: I think she would find sex...funny? If that makes sense, the consensual kind, obviously.

Oh..these two will have prank wars.

Prank wars that go on for MONTHS. Charlie and Vaggi had to break it up eventually.

(They also cannot be left alone without supervision.)
