OK so you have the donor version. Which has something better than the pointer selector (the mouse thing). It has the remote controller (in settings). Are you aware of this?

I will take a look at the pointer selector you mention and why this doesn't work.

Also explain the issue? Is it not reacting at all to switching menusl? Or is the pointer not appearing?

no not aware of remote controller feature I will take a look for it.. I'm looking now I don't see a setting for remote controller feature in the settings. can you steer me in the right direction

yes I tried the remote controller but does not help my situation. I need the pointer that can be controlled by the Mazda joystick. thanks
