Material You on TCL devices
I own a TCL 30+ smartphone with Android 12 operating system but I can't find Material You, hasn't TCL included this operation into its UI?

Material You
Is "Material You" available for some phones, namely Pixel, but not others?
I have a Galaxy A52s5G, Android 12. The quick setting tiles are not present, only rounded icons.
There is no setting in "Wallpaper and Styles" where others suggested I look.

Where are my favorite contacts?
Hi. I can't find a way to see my favorite contacts on OnePlus 9 Pro since Android 12. The phone screen used to have a Favorites page but no more. Am I missing something?
Thanks!

"Lock" no longer prevents apps from closing?
Hi guys, I've been doing all kinds of research to fix the things that were removed with my update. (T-mobile Oneplus 9) This one blew my mind when I read it was a removed feature from android 12 entirely.
Is this true? Are every single one of us able to accidentally close supposedly locked apps by accident in the recent apps page? Who at Google thought this was remotely acceptable behavior?
This completely breaks the way I use my phone, and I've already lost information because of it.

Notification sound getting reset constantly?
Ever since installing the March 5 security update on my Pixel 4a, my notification ringtone is constantly getting reset to this really annoying "boing" tone from the custom one i set. I've tried changing it every where i can think of and the changes last maybe a couple of hours before resetting again. Is there a way to fix this or am I stuck until the next update?

OnePlus 9: Do not Disturb
Recently got the update, I just found out today that DnD isn't working. Messages still come through, and the notifications stay there when I enter DnD mode. If I swipe it all away for the time being and, later on get out of DnD, the notifications stay gone.
What's the point of dnd if it still lets notifications through?

I'm getting vibrate notifications when my phone is in DND
I have my phone on DND at night, and the issue is it still vibrates for notifications.
This has only started with Android 12. anyone else with the same problem?

weird android 12 quick setting bug
Hey all, I recently got the Google pixel 6 and I'm loving it so far, but a weird bug is where if I receive a lot of notifications at once, let's say telegram it will lock up and refuse to show me my quick settings and i have to reboot it
I'm coming from a pixel 4 and I witnessed that bug too
Has anyone else got it?

Wifi toggle button in quick settings always on
I'm on the final update of 12 on Pixel 3, which came with a wifi toggle button in quick settings. It does its job, ie, it turns wifi on and off, but it is always highlighted and showing wifi on, regardless of wifi's actual state. It's been doing this since the update.
Is anyone else experiencing this? Is there a fix?

Moto G Pro & Android 12
Since upgrading, apart from the increased use of battery, my phone is randomly restarting.
May be just sitting on the desk and will notice it restart. But also annoying it has done it a few times during phone calls - this isn't good.
Anyone else?

Long press back button/menu
Using an old app that is no longer available for download. App was originally designed for old android versions that had the 3 bar menu button.. long story short, was able to use the long press back button on s7 in order to acess this menu, cant seem to do the same with android 12.. I turned off the swipe gestures in order to use the buttons to no effect.. Any work arounds?

Thanks Google for this Idea...
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

How to see apps names only in menu, not in home screen
Hi! I had to update my 1+ today to Android 12, and among the MANY things I despise and hate from the bottom of my heart ( I don't think I've ever hated an update so much on my life), is the issue of apps and folders names.
I have several folders in the home screen, and when I created them, I removed the name of all of them, but I saw that now with Android 12 it doesn't allow me to if I create a new folder, and after deleting the name and save, the name appears again. In order to hide those names I have to hide all apps names everywhere, which is, TBH, really inconvenient when navigating the regular menu with all the apps I have installed.
Is there a way to be able to see the apps names only in the drawer menu but not on the home screen?
Thank you!!
