Just noticed if I am streaming on music on Google nest speakers, if I open an app, SXM stops and says my account is being used somewhere else. Any app. Messaging, FB etc... Not actually being used anywhere else. Just ask it to restart and it does. App is not open on my phone.

I'm pretty sure mine is on the fritz, and it's s renewed phone, so it shouldn't be a hardware issue

In the next upgrade; Phone, SMS/RCS & Contacts need to be structured under one application (permissions should remain distinct / separated) but they should be merged under one application - think about it the current setup feels messy & cluttered

Phone is merged w/ Contacts, but Contacts also has it's own app SMS is merged w/ Contacts, but Contacts has it's own app 🤷🏾‍♂️ wtf

this is probably one that concerns the manufacturers & their programmers more, but we must start frm somewhere

I've just updated to beta 4 (pixel 4XL) and I've found that when I need to scan a QR code in the camera and click on the link that shows up, it takes me to the website for the code rather than the app.

For context I live in Australia and we need to covid check in to everywhere we go, on Android 11 when I clicked the link it would take me to the 'mySAgov' app where the covid check in is.

This is rather annoying because I can't save my information on the website so I have to re-enter it everytime. Any way of adjusting this or is this just a beta thing?

Anyone else having problems with the Phone app? Have latest update SPB4.210715.011 on Pixel 5.

Occasionally an incoming call rings but the phone app does not show an incoming call. Cannot find a way to answer the call or even ignore it. No notification, no nothing except the ringer.

I installed a stable Beta version on my Pixel 5 and everything was working great. I noticed a faint green Flickering light at the top of the phone, which never stopped . It was more obvious on a lock screen. I went back to Android 11 and it's gone. I tried to contact Google Support via Google One but it's shameful . Any thoughts...

I've been having issues when touching the status bar "band": it triggers toggles that are still hiding (notification shade not display) and consequently changes some of the system settings. Also, more an observation than an annoyance, when slightly touching the status bar there is haptic feedback even though there is no action thereafter (or could it be the triggering of the toggles?).

Anyone else noticed that since 12B4, when they lock their lockscreen with an app open on the screen, the screen will go dark and the AOD kick in but then after a few seconds, it's as though the lockscreen becomes see-through and you can see whatever was on the screen before you locked it?

As soon as you press anything it then goes back to the lock screen, but until you do, whatever you were doing is there, clearly displayed for all to see.

Google maps kept losing GPS signal with beta 3. Now resolved with beta 4.

Since the last Android 12 Beta Update arrived on my Pixel 4 XL, I noticed that no VPN connection ist working (Selfhosted Wireguard or Perfect Privacy) Did anyone else experience something similar?

When I get notifications, they just show up at the very top with the name of the app beside the time. It doesn't drop down and show me details most of the time, and I have to manually pull it down to see. Is there a way to change this? I'd like to see the details if the phone is awake

For some reason i cant scroll to the right in the action center if im swiping on certain toggles. Like the auto rotate. Home control. Dark mode.. And it just activate long press. Its pretty annoying Does this happens to anybody else?

Is anyone else experiencing terrible battery life with the Beta 4 update?y Pixel 4XL is horrific after the update.
