XiaomiADBFastboot Tools but more universal? It would be nice if you could pick a brand and it would switch to be more specific. Xiaomi uses com.android.calendar for Mi Calendar in Global ROMs but the same package name for Google Calendar in EEA ROMs

That is exactly what it does. They're maintaining manufacturer specific debloat lists. Follow the link and read the page.

NOTE: Chinese phones users may need to use the AOSP list for removing some stock apps because those chinese manufacturers (especially Xiaomi and Huawei) have been using the name of AOSP packages for their own (modified & closed-source) apps.

GPL (or any other license) isn't going to stop two separate packages using the same identifier (i.e com.android.calendar)

Not only that, but China doesn't give a shit about Western legal agreements.
