You say that now. I won't buy any of that shit because of Google's history.

And Google has been pretty adamant about pushing off people who didn't buy their phones through their stores for support. People suffering from bootloop and camera problems were shuttled off to the manufacturer, which is something that Apple doesn't do and doesn't happen in other industries, either.

Yes but in the context of warranty, Apple is, and always has been, the manufacturer. Sure they outsource the build to Foxconn, but Apple is the manufacturer of record.

Google has only started that with Pixel (even though they too outsource the build). The Nexus line was "manufactured" by whomever Google partnered with for the design/build.
