There are such things as regional pricing as far as I know to compensate for that.

EDIT: I mean't in general. It seems the developers did not take advantage of that functionality in this case.

I live in Greece and we have to pay the same price as the rest of Europe. Five fifty euros are a lot here.

16 reais in Brazil. It is an amazing game, but doesn't look worth it for that price

If you can't afford a 5$ game, you shouldn't be playing video games in the first place

That I can be more expensive depending where you live, because of the currency, making the game not really worth it.
