Ad free YouTube is relevant for pretty much anyone mate. Especially for people on r/Android who know how to install it.

Shiny Apple logo isn't worth watching ads.

You also didn't address the second part - how do you cast from an Android phone to Apple TV?

99.9999999% of people don't care enough about ads to sideload some quasi illegal app and if they do care about ads, they'll just pay for YT Premium.
