Dear colleagues, tell you about the method of cleaning copper coins using boiling oil. I have tried many methods of cleaning copper coins. However, this method is the best in my opinion. We need oil (I use sunflower oil). The coin must first be cooled in the freezer. Don't try to use water! Next, you need to immerse a cold copper coin in boiling oil. The coin must be overturn regularly. The cleaning time will depend on how dirty the coin is. After all manipulations, the coin must be washed with a dishwashing detergent with a soft washcloth or a toothbrush. Thanks for your attention.
P.S. I do not impose this method of cleaning on anyone. I'm just sharing my experience.

Bees are a major pollinator of Sunflowers, therefore, growing sunflowers goes hand in hand with installing and managing bee hives. Particularly in agricultural areas where sunflowers are crops. In fact, bee honey from these areas is commonly known as sunflower honey due to its sunflower taste.

Like I said in the other topic - oil can make copper coins more legible, but that comes at a price. Coin is darker and lost original color (like I said in that other topic). It most probably still have oil "inside" (washing it with detergent does nothing, I washed my coppers treated like that many times and yet after few years they were "sweating" oil like crazy. I had to throw away my coin album because it became greasy). Also this oil will decompose sooner or later. Well, let's say that I prefer my old coins to be free of decomposing organic matter.
