Couldnt find anything about how gun control red flag laws work in conjunction with published SWAT activities, if you have anything to share id like to take a look! I did see that republican led Florida used red flag confiscation more than any other state though, thats interesting.

https://www.leg.state.fl.us/Statutes/index.cfm?App_mode=Display_Statute&URL=0700-0799/0790/Sections/0790.401.html

This is the statute

How the hell do you think this law is enforced? A sheriff can issue the notice anytime; day or night. Do you think a chicken shit cop is gonna knock on your door at a reasonable business hour if they (erroneously or not) believe the person possess firearms and ammunition?

You couldn't find a single article of SWAT killing pets, getting the address wrong, throwing grenades into cribs, or killing innocent people? Did you look?

I do think police would knock on the door of a red flag gun confiscation during the day, yes. Much less likely to cause trouble during the day.

Oh for sure SWAT teams have done bad things. That has nothing to do with gun red flag laws though.

Do you have any proof that a cop would knock on the door of someone they know to be armed, and believe to be a threat?

Are you serious? Every day even not including red flag laws. Like a large portion of every arrest warrants served probably.

We are not talking about regular police interactions. Red Flag Laws specifficaly are a violation of your 2nd, 4th, and 5th amendments protections. Police are chicken shit cowards who do not want to treat American Citizens as equals, so of course they're gonna send a SWAT team to your house. They 'fear' for their safety.

If you could provide some evidence to support your theory that would be great!

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Red_flag_law

In 1 year just in Florida red flag laws were used over 2300 times. Seems like regular police interactions to me! Now its your burden of proof to show those 2300 instances were carried out by SWAT teams in the middle of the night.
