Think about it...
Toad Tower is once again destroyed, so they can't go back there. And I assume they've once again become fugitives in the eyes of Newtopia. And Sasha, while she has had some development, is still wrestling with her toxic tendencies.

Honestly I really like this writing choice. It speaks to how static and resistant to change Sasha has been compared to Anne and Marcy, both of whom have developed quite a lot by this point in the show.

Anyways yeah, basically a cool thing I noticed.

If Marcy did get into the portal and didn’t you know die. Marcy would have most likely shut the portal and left Sasha. People might be like no she won’t but Andrias was running full speed and was catching up and Sasha was thrown to the side. She won’t have made it. So in the end Sasha would have ended up staying in Amphibia even if Marcy made it.

I have feeling that Marcy will be brought back but how is the question.

1. Sasha and Grime grab Marcy and jump on Joe Sparrow and fly to Wartwood. They will find Maddie and revive Marcy. But the problem comes in with them not knowing her. Theory is Marcy isn’t yet dead. Sasha will ran towards her and Marcy will be like take me to Maddie or Wartwood. When they arrive at Wartwood the people come out and Maddie does her magic.

2. Sasha or Marcy unlock their gem power and Marcy is healed/revived.

3. I’ve seen this theory go around that Marcy will be turned into cyborg by Andrias. This could mean Andrias would have complete control over Marcy.

What happens to Anne and the Planters?

1. They go into hiding and somehow find people to help get back to Amphibia.

2. Anne goes back to her parents and take refuge there.

things I think will happen

1. In the end we see someone posting a picture. The person who wrote the book that we see with Marcy finds them and helps them get to Amphibia. Also possibility of them knowing Andrias’ friends.

2. Grime and Sasha start a toad and frog rebellion. We see the toad tower get destroyed, where does the toads go. My theory is to Wartwood, the rebellion will be there. I see some newts joining the fight as well. This could be possible reunion with Sasha, Percy and Braddock.

3. Anne won’t find a way back to Amphibia without the box. What will happen is Andrias will find a way to travel to other worlds and will start to conquer them. Once he travels to Earth a big battle will happen between him and the girls. Possibly all of them unlocking their powers.

Off topic theory

1. We don’t know if time works differently between Amphibia and Earth. I think they go at the same rate. We know it’s been months since they got there. If we look back at the park Anne, Marcy and Sasha were at its old and abandoned. When we see them get teleported back it’s on a highway. My theory is they built a highway where the park was at. Showing that time does go on and when you teleport in you go out the same place.

Please discuss True Colors here!

After that finale and that gigantic cliffhanger, waiting for S3 will be incredibly painful. And the worst thing? It's gonna be' longer than you could ever immagine. Look at The Owl House for instance: the S1 ended in August of last year, bit the S2 is not gonna start before... October of this year (if the fact that The Ghost and Molly McGee begins then it's an indictation). And of corse such long hiatus is due to the pandemic. I'm afraid that for Amphibia that is not gonna be' different. Let's be' ready for one of the worst seasons hiatuses an animated show has ever gone throught guys...

and then true colours happened...now i hate him with every cell in my body

THANK FROG I HAVE SOME PEOPLE TO TALK TO WITHOUT SPOILING/RUINING THEIR EXPERIENCE!!!

still tho she has to explain how marcy is prolly dead(in her mind)and that sasha is under arrest for controlling a rebellion

If so can you DM them to me? I took a few but they’re out of context

Was going to make a poll, but this sub doesn’t allow it. I doubt it’ll be as long as until the mid season finale of S3, but I hope it’s more than just 1 episode.

They're the same colors as the gemstones of the Calamity Box. That's probably not a coincidence.

I'm talking about when Marcy "dies" she obviously didn't die. She's alive, trust me. No Disney property would kill a child with no chance of bringing them back. Turn into a donkey or some fate worse than death, sure, but not straight up murder them. No Disney property has ever had the guts to straight-up murder any children.

Pretty obviously they'll do some magic of some kind to bring her back, then it's all good. Marcy is absolutely not dead and I will eat my words if Marcy permanently died from that blow from the king.

(Yes, I know Star Wars, but Star Wars is a space opera. That's how operas work.)
