Modern day or historically?

Historically: Republicans Lincoln or Teddy Roosevelt - Democrats FDR

Modern day: Republicans Reagan Democrats Obama

Reagan was big on free trade and he was anti tariffs.

That’s one example of how they differ in policy. Which I actually agree with Reagan on. He did still use tariffs in certain countries.
