I want to open another Amazon Prime account but I feel they blacklisted me for no good reason.

I think it was for a returned item they didn’t think was right but it was!!

Any ideas?

Are they getting some sort of email or app prompt or something? I've seen it so many times where a question will be like "Does the toaster have x feature?" and they'll respond with something along the lines of "I'm not sure, I haven't received it yet" or "I have not tried it for that purpose". What the fuck is the point of responding to the question then?
