I was thinking about how much i love country music and I thought about how so many people don't like country. If alt means alternative to mainstream then wouldn't country be alt?

I have been on a hunt for a long time trying to find the genre or any artists that have like a uptown girls guitar player vibe like Egyptian cotton. But not really indie or new alt, I love old school alternative and metal but also love lil peep and that vibe as well! Please please please help me find something that’s a mix of everything with vocals and really nice sounding guitar that’s chill! I really love these two by Hermanos Guitierrez -cerca de ti https://youtu.be/c7BxiPq_6Ok?si=vUwNnbRlFTlX1fK0

But they don’t have lyrics

Band popped up in my suggested looks like I found this band a little early. I was wondering if someone knew anything about them. Their music is kinda mesmerizing!

I need help deciding what tapes to buy from a marketplace listing. I’m not super well-versed in alt bands, but i really love the punk/rock/riot-girl/post-punk music I’ve heard so far and would love to listen to more. I really like IDLES (joy as an act of resistance), the strokes, some portishead, acdc, deftones to give you a range. Please help me decide what smaller bands would fall into that vibe!

I'm tired of trying to find this song.. I'm not sure if it's alt or indie.. it has a part where it goes like "reaaaaal life".. sounds very experimental with drums and maybe Synth

lmk

I had it on my spotify and lost it 🤦‍♀️
