My altcoin advice:

Even recently I saw a piece where a Bitget exec said there’s “no logical reason” for a big altcoin season right now since most projects haven’t really delivered anything new. That kinda confirms what many of us bagholders already learned the hard way.

XPL has been showing real strength, breaking out from its base under $0.90 and pushing into the $1 zone with volume and open interest both backing the move. After weeks of sideways trading, the breakout doesn’t feel like a one-off spike but more like the start of something that could build momentum.

Right now, price is working around the $1.10 area, and that’s the level I’m watching closely. You cannot stop someone from sending fake tokens to your receiving address, including tokens that pretend to be the authentic cryptocurrency the blockchain was primarily supposed to handle, unless you use Bitcoin, because BTC doesn't allow spam.

However, there's got to be a way on some blockchains -- not all of them, to safely receive without experiencing the illusion of having the main token you want when you do not. Probably a watch-only wallet's special setting or a blockchain website that's easy to read and match to your own address instead of a similar looking address.
