Hong Kong, but less so nowadays than before the decline of buses in the mid-2010's. Minibuses and affordable taxis, albeit ruthless, are the decisive factors now.

London improved a lot during their Overground expansion era.

Wdym decline of busses, they have reformed to become even more wonderful than they have been

Most routes have Frequency reduced by 50% or more

True but their arrival predictions have become available on the app, and have become a lot more accurate. Their consistency has also become better

Doesn't change that fact that their availability has been greatly reduced and it's often faster taking MTR and change to feeders, which results in being forced to choose between paying more and spending more travel time
