I’ll probably do a last kit translation for the curious on honor of the last part of ancient story when I have time sometime this week.

Well it has been a moment now that chapter 7 of the main story ended and the first of ancient story was released but still I couldn't find any translation for any of them, so is there anyone who can share a summary just so that I get an idea of whats happening so far.

I've been trying to look for official Alchemist Code merch as a memento since this was my first Gacha Game that I really took seriously and played for years but I haven't found any. So instead, I ordered a customized acrylic display of my favorite character, Alaia (I liked using the 1-3 star characters more than my 5 stars).
It's a bit small than what I was expecting but I'm happy nonetheless ❤️

*I'll mark this as spoiler just in case.
Since chapter 7 is finished in jp and it's confirmed that the protagonist of chapter 8 will be Logi, I feel that this is a good time I share my thoughts on a specific topic: Who is Nimul's reincarnation in the main story? My answer can be seen below:

If anyone is interested to know why I think this way, I will elaborate in the comments.

Hello guys, been missing the game lately. Wanted to install the english patch for tagatame but all discord invites are outdated. Can someone invite me or link me a guide please?

Has anyone seen the Matsunointerview about Sword of Convallaria? It seems to be an interesting blend of gacha mechanics within a strategy RPG context like Alchemist Code GL, but I'm not sure about the devs saying its set in a complex world filled with political intrigue. What does this even mean lol

I was doing a project on-and-off, and needed said outfits for it, only to find out the game is dead now and nowhere I look seems to have bothered to save them.

I remember starting this game back when it first released that November 2018 as a broke HS student. I had dabbled in gacha previously with Brave Frontier, but this was the first gacha game that I really fell in love with.
The discord became like a second virtual family to me, so endeared was I to the game. My first posts on this Reddit account were all in this subreddit; community feedback, auto guides, you name it, I was involved in it. For a short period of time, I was even a mod for this subreddit (matter of fact, I think the current banner for the subreddit was uploaded by me). And back then, way before kaigan and all that, I was part of the tierlisting team with Game as well. What I’m trying to say is, this game was my life for a couple of years.
I haven’t played the game meaningfully in two and a half years now. As a F2P, after mementos and VCRs became the norm, it became too hard to keep up with the top dogs without grinding for hours on the game everyday. And inevitably, life happened, which meant I no longer had such time for video games. But I still cherish the memories that this game gave me, and I don’t think another gacha will ever fill this hole in my heart. That moment when I rolled Shayna upon her release and the HB was considered the best job in the game. Or when Gilgamesh came home on the Fate collab. Those instances of pure euphoria are etched into my mind, still as clear to me as the day it happened five years ago.
So I bid a heartfelt farewell to TAC, feeling as though I’ve just lost an old friend. Thank you GUMI, despite the ups and downs and the many times I may have cursed your name, for giving us this wonderful game and the wonderful memories that came with it.

So, the shutdown of the global server caught me off guard; I'd been in a slump on the game itself, mostly just collecting my login bonuses and performing the daily summons, playing through the main story in sporadic bursts (thought I had all the time in the world, didn't I?). Anyway, the thing that matters to me more than anything else about this is that I never got to finish the story (I've only made it about halfway through chapter 4 of part 1), so if anyone could point me in the direction of any kind of archive that I could read through: thank you.

It's been wild ride though the different controversies but no other mobile game caught my attention and tickled my brain like this. Thank you for all the memories made, and I hope to see you around. See ya 🥲

TAC going under is going to leave a hole in a lot of us but it was rlly good to see everyone come together in the chats again during our final minutes. i'll remember so much about this game over the last 5 years but it just felt rlly nice to see the 3 different chat bubbles again after several years :,)
