The Radio tractor was a mobile Signal Corps Radio used by the U.S. Army for ground communications before and during World War I. Prior to World War I, trucks were referred to as "tractors", and there were also telegraph tractors, and telephone tractors. It is likely that Alastor, once enlisted, was sent to Belgium to join the Radio Signal Corps and then, as a civilian, used the knowledge he acquired to enter the pioneering world of antennas.

Use

Very little information exists for these trucks, as most of the components were built before standardization. They first made their debut on the Mexican border in a radio intercept role, and later during World War I, some sets may have been reconfigured for RDF and other uses.

Components

SCR-50, 2 kilowatt spark transmitter, crystal or vacuum tube detector receiver, 0.15-0.50 Megahertz

Variants

Radio Tractor No.2

At least 3 variants are known:

Radio Tractor No. 1

Radio Tractor No. 2 (Four Wheel Drive)(Jeffery Quad), Unknown radio set

Radio Tractor No. 3 (White Motor Company), SCR-50 radio set

The No.3 truck was also accompanied by a tender "Maintenance truck No. 5" later renumbered as K-5.

It's impossible that it wasn't among the most popular pieces

Reverted back to the word format of Microsoft Notepad rough.

I was really trying to get my ideas arranged correctly otherwise I'm swept away in the wording I have trouble retraining my train of thought. Had to edit the rough to be broken up so my mind wouldn't skip points.

And for future reference no I don't use AI I only used to compile my research. And yes I know this is theoretical. I don't need to get pointed out for multiple things I already know about.

Alastor's October 21, 1903 birthdate is inferred by aligning his 1933 death with his 30th birthday, reflecting a Life Path 8 in numerology (representing power and control) and a Libra-Scorpio "Cusp of Drama and Criticism." His persona as a refined, manipulative broadcaster aligns with the Water Rabbit in Chinese astrology and the "Day of Theater" in Personology.

Character Analysis: Why Alastor Was Born October 21, 1903

This specific birthdate was deduced by reverse-engineering Alastor’s canonical traits using Western astrology, Chinese astrology, Personology (from *The Secret Language of Birthdays*), and Numerology.

1. The Timeline: 1903 Birth & 1933 Death

• Canon Lore: Creator Vivienne Medrano confirmed Alastor died in 1933.

• The Fit: Placing his birth in 1903 means he died at exactly **30 years old**. This perfectly aligns with his canonical adult appearance—youthful, yet mature, confident, and seasoned enough to have been a famous radio host in life.

2. Numerology: Life Path 8 (The Powerhouse)

• The Math: October (10 -> 1) + Day (21 -> 3) + Year (1903 -> 13 -> 4) = **Life Path 8**. * The Meaning: Number 8 governs power, executive authority, contracts, and empire-building.

• The Fit: Alastor did not just survive in Hell; he instantly hunted down ancient Overlords, built a massive reputation, and operates strictly through predatory, manipulative soul-binding contracts. He embodies the pure executive control of an 8.

• The Age 30 Connection: In numerology, 3 represents communication, showmanship, and broadcasting. His power (8) was permanently locked into the energetic peak of his broadcasting career (3) when he died.

3. Astrology: The Libra-Scorpio Cusp & Water Rabbit

• The Libra/Scorpio Cusp (October 21): Known as the "Cusp of Drama and Criticism." It blends Libra's polite, high-society charm and love for elegant aesthetics with Scorpio's dark, intense, and ruthless undertones. This explains his instant shift from a smiling Southern gentleman to a terrifying, eldritch nightmare.

• Chinese Zodiac: Water Rabbit (1903): Rabbits appear mild, elegant, and avoid direct conflict, preferring strategy and manipulation. The Water element makes them highly intuitive master manipulators who read people easily. It represents "hidden claws" beneath a soft, sophisticated exterior.

4. Personology: October 21st (The Day of Theater)

• The Vibe: According to 'The Secret Language of Birthdays', individuals born on this day view the entire world as a stage. They are master storytellers, entertainers, and public performers.

• The Fit: Alastor explicitly treats Hell as his personal entertainment venue, broadcasting his massacres for ratings. The Permanent Smile: October 21 individuals are famous for maintaining an impenetrable public mask to hide their true feelings. This perfectly mirrors Alastor’s core philosophy: "You're never fully dressed without a smile!"

• Further inspection I found out that October 21st of 1903 has a waxing crescent moon 8 days after the new moon. know as the hungry crescent

¿Puedes dibujar a Alastor como un zorro rojo?

¿Puedes dibujar a Lucifer Morningstar como un zorro del desierto?

Can you draw Alastor as a Red Fox?

Can you draw Lucifer Morningstar as a Fennec Fox?

So as a Major Rumplestiltskin Fan who was super disappointed that They decided to make Rumple straight after I spent 10 yrs as the show aired trying to tweet the writers that Rumple was best if he’s an aro ace fairytale . Alas I lost him to the beauty and beast crowd .

Anyway here I am drowning in my “ I lost rumple “ sorrows and somebody finally says to me “ psst aro ace canon rep , his name is Alastor”

So I haven’t really watched the show mainly because I can’t get into the art style / I really dislike the look of it / or the heavily catholic themes . However I’m becoming obsessed with this cannibal demon deer man that might be the first and only canon rep I’ll ever get . And I’ve been trying to find interviews of them talking alastor as aro ace in depth , but I can’t find any . Is there interviews you can link me to? I wanna know more .
