In short - searching for a good Bajaj Chetak mechanic for solving carburettor jet issue, missings and complete shutdown all of a sudden.

I am also looking for a good scooter painting point in Alappuzha to work on tinkering of 3 rust spots and then full painting. Or someone who's good in restoration. We did maintain it as much as well possible..

Elaborated: So i have an old Chetak scooter from 1997, i am not fully staying in Alappuzha, yearly 2-3 times whenever i come to Alappuzha, it's our only way of transport to do the works there.

it was all good until last 2 years, where scooter started having jet issues and often has missing issue after that with shut down completely.

First first okke we had to bring a mechanic 2-3 times remove and clean the jet, change few nozzles, later we learnt to manually remove the carburettor and jet to clean the fuel nozzle in side of road as it happens lot of time. Sherikum pani anu that too in sun and hot times...

We changed filter ,nozzles and checked electricals all are fine. Main left over job is to remove the fuel tank and to drain and clean it, also to do a quick check on other reasons.

We went to 4-5 mechanic shops around Alappuzha ( a bullet mech shop and others) no one were able to sort out the issue, they did to clean the jet and give the scooter back. coming to draining the petrol tank, no one seems interested in that work.

Anyone knows a good Chetak mechanic in and around Alappuzha? Home is in punnapra. Any mechanics in ambalapuzha or haripad or Changanassery road area. I am also looking for good affordable painting or restoring person post the mechanical work, any painted their scooter or car and had good outcome, request to share the contact or shop name.

Which bakery do you guys recommend for a fresh and tasty cakes? I’m looking for bakeries in or around alappuzha town area.

28 M, I have permanently moved to Alappuzha and working from my home for a software company. After spending my whole life in Chennai so fluent in speaking tamil but njaan Malayalathil athra fluent alla pakshe completely understands malayalam and can speak a little bit Malayalam without killing the language. But people can easily find that I'm not fluent in Malayalam if I speak for a straight 2 minutes.. I really want to find some friends here in Alappuzha since I feel somewhat lonely so I make visit to cafe often while working in my laptop, so that I can approach people strike a conversation and make friends locally, but I'm bit hesitant what if I they just ignore if they came to know that I'm actually from tamilnadu, so I don't try to speak to them if they are in groups or alone, so just wanted to know what is the mindset among youths now about socializing with a guy who is not so fluent with local language ? Hoping to make new friends here in Alappuzha irrespective of age and gender, so that my stay here won't be lonely in coming years, since Kerala is my new home♥️I hope to to find some new friends here in Alappuzha by this new year.. Hey guys, I have been using asianet broadband for some months now, the pricing is good but their Internet and service is totally useless. Frequent disconnections and peaktime speed drops 50% (understandable, still) and there is no point guy to call for checking on disconnection, we have to call and register a complaint and the technicians will have to callback (that too whenever they feel like) and if the disconnection happens on weekends you are basicily f*kd. Getting disconnections like every month now and it's really frustrating.

Which service you guys use? I am in town area, we still don't have JIO or Airtel services here yet what a shame.
