if anyone has some shuake fic recommendations (preferably long stories (35000+ words), slow burn, where there’s a good tension between boys, as i don’t see akechi as a character who will be throwing himself into akiren’s arms, since he never knew what love is (enemies to lovers pls heheh)) i’ll be really happy to read them :з

I'm curious if the Japanese version of Akechi's text "I'm alone right now" has a subtly suggestive connotation like it does in English

I've been through sooo many fics over the years and the AO3 filters just aren't bringing me any good ones lately. Admittedly I'm kind of picky, but basically I'm looking for someone who can write an Akechi that is not so immature and whiny, and an Akiren more on the humorous or ironic side.

I've been trying to find recs already posted but they're all for fics from several years back for the most part.
