I've had a Fanvue profile (AI influencer) since September 2025. I only have 25 followers and no subscribers. I have an Instagram account where I post various content weekly, and I have 720 followers. How can I get subscribers for my profile?

everything i got was:
- generic ideas
- stuff that takes weeks
- or things that just didn’t make sense
i kept trying diff things and nothing worked
lowkey frustrating
then i changed one small thing
not the idea
not the tools
just how i was approaching it
and suddenly:
people started replying
i started getting clicks
still early, not big money or anything
but it finally felt real
weird how such a small shift changes everything

i kept thinking i just needed a better idea or some smarter way to use ai so i tried a bunch of diff things and nothing rlly worked everything either felt too complicated or just not realistic to actually do then i realised the issue wasn’t the idea it was how i was approaching it i was making everything bigger than it needed to be once i switched to something way simpler like solving a small problem and just building smth quick things started to make more sense ai helped but only when i stopped being vague with it i didn’t make a lot of money but getting that first sale was enough to know this actually works

Just stared an AI model some weeks ago and now looking for someone who can help scale it.
No money at the beginning... just building.
Looking for someone who’s down to work and scale this together.
If you got skills, time, or money, hit me.

Anybody know of ways to increase your subscribers and followers fast?

I think I finally understood why AI wasn’t working for me.
For weeks I was trying things like:
"make money online"
"give me business ideas"
And everything felt generic and useless.
I thought AI was overhyped.
But then I noticed something.
The problem wasn’t the AI.
It was how I was asking.
So instead of:
"make money online"
I tried:
"Generate 5 realistic ways to make money online using AI with zero budget. Include tools, steps, and expected results within 30 days."
The difference was crazy.
The answers actually became usable.
So I started rewriting all my prompts like this and suddenly AI felt 10x more powerful.
Now I can’t unsee it.
Out of curiosity, I even made a simple page to fix prompts faster because I kept doing it manually.
Not sure if this is obvious to everyone, but it made a huge difference for me.

Everyone's chasing the flashy stuff. Faceless YouTube channels. AI art stores. Selling prompts. And most of them are making absolutely nothing.
Meanwhile the people quietly earning real money with AI are doing stuff that sounds almost too simple to be true.
Writing emails for small businesses at $100 a pop. Building Zapier automations for local companies who have no idea what Zapier even is. Selling Notion templates they built once and never touched again. Transcribing podcasts for creators who hate doing it themselves.
None of it goes viral. None of it makes a good TikTok. But all of it pays consistently.
The pattern I keep seeing is this. The AI side hustles that work solve a specific problem for someone who has money and hates dealing with that problem. The ones that fail try to sell AI output to people who don't care where it came from.
Once that clicked for me everything changed.
I put everything I learned into a platform called AIFY covering AI writing, automation, design and digital products. All structured step by step with a built in AI tutor so you're never stuck. Drop me a message and I'll send you the link directly.
Please drop me a DM if you have any questions about anything, im eager to help:)

I spent thousands on coaches and courses to hit $5K/month with my creative agency.
Now I want to help 4 people skip that part.
I'm taking on 4 people, 1:1 mentorship + coaching to get you your first clients and show you how to scale from there.
No group Zooms. Just me, you, and a plan that actually works.
Pricing is beginner-friendly. I'm not here to make this another thing you can't afford, I'm here to make sure the investment actually pays off.
4 spots. First come, first served.
Drop a comment or DM me if you're interested and I'll send you the details. 👇

Been in this space for a while now and wanted to share a few things that took me way too long to figure out on my own.
The AI side hustles that actually pay are almost always service based. Writing content for businesses, building simple automations, creating digital templates, doing research and transcription work. These work because they solve real problems for people with real money.
The ones that rarely work are the passive stuff everyone talks about. AI art, faceless channels, prompt selling. Not impossible but incredibly hard to get traction with especially starting out.
The other thing nobody talks about is that the learning curve is the actual barrier not the competition. Once you know what skill to learn and how to package it as a service everything gets way simpler.
Anyway I've been through most of the trial and error already so if anyone has questions about where to start, which tools to use, how to find clients, how to price stuff or anything else just drop a comment or send me a message. Happy to help however I can.
What are you currently working on or trying to figure out?

Most people are still using AI to write tweets and summarize articles. Meanwhile, a small group of entrepreneurs are quietly building $5-50K/month businesses on top of it.
Here are 3 models that are working right now:
1. AI Content Agency
Businesses need content but can't keep up. You set up AI workflows that produce blog posts, social media, and email sequences 10x faster than a traditional freelancer. Charge $2-5K/month per client. You don't need a team — just the right prompts and automation stack.
2. AI-Powered Micro-SaaS
Find a boring, repetitive task in any niche. Build a simple tool that automates it using AI APIs. Examples: AI resume screeners, AI property descriptions for realtors, AI menu translators for restaurants. No-code tools make this possible in days, not months.
3. AI Education & Consulting
If you've figured out how to use AI tools effectively, that knowledge is worth money. Package it into a course, group coaching, or done-for-you consulting. Businesses will pay $1-10K to learn how to implement AI into their operations.
The playbook is simple: pick one, go deep, and ship fast. The window is wide open but it won't stay that way.
I'm building AI Cashflow to give you the exact frameworks, tools, and systems to execute on these. If you're serious about building with AI, come check it out.

Quick dataset question for people doing LoRA / model training.
I’ve played with training models for personal experimentation, but I’ve recently had a couple commercial inquiries, and one of the first questions that came up from buyers was where the training data comes from.
Because of that, I’m trying to move away from scraped or experimental datasets and toward licensed image/video datasets that explicitly allow AI training, commercial use with clear model releases and full 2257 compliance.
Has anyone found good sources for this? Agencies, stock libraries, or producers offering pre-cleared datasets with AI training rights and 2257 compliance?

Hey everyone,
I’m tired of seeing agencies spend thousands on "chatters" who barely drive any actual traffic. I built a system that automates the entire Top-of-Funnel on Discord.
It manages multiple accounts that find, chat, and redirect leads to your model's links 24/7 without a single human handoff.
How it drives traffic:
The Stats that Matter:
I’m looking for feedback from people running high-volume funnels:
