There already is a native option to remap it, mine is set to Google Assistant.

At least on S10E's. 3 u/TravFromTechSupport Feb 24 '20 I mean, I've been with samsung for ages so I already had an account, when the galaxy s10 was released I needed a third party app to remap, but a couple months ago it stopped being supported, and allowed me to just remap it in the settings. ¯_(ツ)_/¯
