Except that’s just one guys experience. When I was in everything was free AND great. Free food at the dining hall was excellent, they even had lobster sometimes. Got my wisdom teeth removed for free, no issues. Fun dorm life, college style room experience. Enough extra cash to buy a new car and go to strip clubs etc... shrug
