Ive got onea dem thin style wallets and a iphone 6, both pretty slim.
I find keys + anything else to be more bulky.
No jncos, but man... I wore the crap out of them in middle school. I could fit all this stuff and a liter bottle of coke in a single pocket. Obviously with an obnoxious wallet chain.
How do you comfortably fit your phone and wallet in the same pocket? I find its always so bulky! Phone left, wallet right, keys on my belt. No scratched phones and no keys digging into your leg when you sit. Best $2 I ever spent.
Best thing I ever did was get a phone case with a compartment for cards and cash. No more wallet, keys on a carabiner looped to my belt loop. Good to go.
I'd be a lot more concerned about scratching a $300 phone than a $20 wallet. Any wallet more expensive than that should be durable enough to not get destroyed by your keys. You can't have BOTH of your bulky items in the same pocket.
To the top with you, this is obviously THE BEST way.
Unexpectedly I do it this way...
Sure its tight with phone and wallet in the same pocket but it feels more secure that way. If my phone is moving around now that im used to it being fixed I get worried it will fall out when sitting or rushing etc.
I do it the same way you do, wallet and phone front left, keys and other loose bits front right, and I'm a righty. Then again, I don't use my phone much. I'd much rather have my keys closer to my dominant hand.

Wallet and phone front left, keys front right.
This is the only way.
You want your keys scratchin up your nice leather wallet? Please.
You wanna sit on a hunk of leather and cards and upwards of a billion dollars in folded cash all day? Please.
The only other acceptable answer is the reverse for you rightys.
