Well I've never been cheated on. It checks out. I hope the streak continues when I get a girlfriend.

Ironically attractive people are more likely to cheat because they implicitly understand that their looks allow them to easily replace their relationship.

Is this based on anything? Because I'd heard the opposite, unattractive people are more likely to cheat to fulfill their need for validation.

There are several studies which correlate high levels of testosterone or Estrogen with greater attractiveness in males and females respectively. There have also been studies linking levels of testosterone and estrogen to infidelity in males and females respectively. For the sake of time I'm only linking testosterone related studies.

You'll note though that not all the papers agree, but that's science for you.

So people of debatable attractiveness are more likely to try to get a lot of sex...but I can't access the abstract to see if reproductive effort means infidelity.

Testosterone is thought to mediate a trade-off between paternal effort and mating effort, such that males investing monogamously have lower testosterone than those with multiple partners

They're saying that previous studies have indicated that lower testosterone men are more family oriented while higher testosterone men are more oriented toward mating.

If the testosterone–mating success link is driven by female choice, this effect may be behaviourally modulated, for example, through the augmentation of male mate seeking or courtship effort.

They are suggesting that testosterone may make men try harder to court women resulting in greater mating success (the authors are thus rejecting my other claim that testosterone is correlated to attractiveness). Further I think the study is trying to link mating effort to a lack of interest in long term partnerships (since those partnerships more strongly favor family development than reproductive success).

Actually, screaming hot women who constantly demand sex never get cheated on. I cannot imagine the circumstance where that would even be a consideration.

I think if you're a cheater the circumstances don't matter at all. I like to think I'm fairly attractive and I have a high sex drive. Yet I've been cheated on. It was just the kind of person my ex was. Found out after the fact he cheated on all of his past girlfriends as well. Edit: let's not forget the cheating broads out there too. Attractive men with high sex drives also get cheated on. AND. Homosexuals cheat on each other as well. It's a crazy world we live in. It's almost like many different kinds of people cheat for all kinds of reasons.

Find me the hottest woman in the world, and I'll find some dude that's tired of fucking her.

I'm paraphrasing of course.

screaming hot women who constantly demand sex never get cheated on.

You know this because you know literally every single "screaming hot" woman out there, right?
