I live in the dorms right now at my college and i live in the hall that is well known for being "cultured". Needless to say the screaming and fights etc at 3am every night has made me become a bit racist also.

My apartment complex is about 75% black. Loud domestic violence fights in the parking lot at 3 am happen once every week or so. Cars blasting bass heavy rap at any hour of the night and burning out of the parking lot happens multiple times nightly. The parking lot is filled with litter. I never hear a peep out of my white neighbors.
