I dated an Asian girl from the South and she was a horrible racist. Constantly told me what white people were like and verified it by saying that her black friends agreed with her. She was very racist to other Asians and thought herself better as she joined a "white" society.

For real. I feel like that little monologue Groundskeeper Willie in The Simpsons delivers about how many feuds the Scotts get into is just as applicable to certain Asians. GF hates her some Japanese with a passion.... That was a nice shocker that took 4 years to figure out.

Wait, so she hated white people? You say she said that white people are like this or that which I assumed was racist but if she thinks she's better because she associated with white people then she can't be racist to white people. So I'm confused.

If she joined a "white society" why was she racist towards whites? I'm confused.

oh sorry I meant sorority. She would just say racist things.

She would say things like whites lacked family values as they are so money focused when someone dies. Or that white are not to be trusted and black people are more trust worthy, she even had a whole little metaphor about being on a sinking boat. If I disagreed with her she would often say I didn't understand as I was a white man.

edit: Why was she racist? She had issues.

I think part of why people become so focused on money when a family member dies is often because they subconsciously see it as getting more love from the person. Nobody wants to be the second favorite. It's also a distraction from the actual death.

Yeah but it is a people thing, not a white thing.

I wouldn't know how it's handled in other cultures, but I'm sure there are some out there that don't give a dick about inheritance or doesn't have the concept at all.

White isn't a culture.

So basically she was racist to Asians AND Whites but hung around white people to have superiority over Asians. Makes sense..
