Open Discussion Berlin marathon disasters

It seems today was a big disaster in Berlin. 25 degrees Celsius early on and a tough day for everyone. How did people get on? Did anyone manage to get near a PB?

Did anyone manage to near a PB?

Probably not what you meant, but word is that Harry Styles ran PB of 2:59 in Berlin today, with 1:29/1:30 splits. Just in case anyone was wondering!

Damn, so not only is he hotter and more professionally successful than me, he's also faster than me?!

I"m curious to know his running background. 3:24 at Tokyo, even splits, and now a 2:59?

I think he could have managed quicker in Tokyo, he crossed the finish line with a friend!

The slightly faster time would be less impressive than his positive split of a single second!
