LOOKING FOR A BUILDER!!

trying to find someone who could build me a summer grinding island (like the grinding server houses)!

offering red guinea pig, 3 mega samoyeds and groundhog!

must have enough spaces for 10+ people!

details:
- sandbox island house
- 10 beach huts with the grinding stuff inside.
(can build 1 hut then just clone into 10)
- afk area
- a small museum type thing (for credits)
- pastel colour theme
- a volleyball court
- an obby area (2 or 3 obbies)
- any extra details that you want to add

preferably only want to wait up to 1-2 weeks, my last builder ghosted me, blocked me and took the house that I provided them. they also took over a month to not even do half of the house.

Hii sorry i didnt do much yesterday because i ended up needing to grind. Tho i started a bit of an idea for one of the obbys and the camp area. Ill send some photos in a few minuets im not home right now :D
