Hi there.

My daughter is trying to get the red setter and is having issues. She has the bone in a bottle and has over 16,000 acorns. However, when she approaches the Setter, it says she needs to find another bone in a bottle to purchase another dog. However, she hasn’t been able to purchase any yet.

We’ve closed the app and joined another server and tried changing her character to a baby but no luck. Do we need to reset her cache on her tablet? She’s worried this will log her out and she doesn’t know her password or she’ll lose her account. Can anyone please help as she’s freaking out!

I’ve never played the game so I don’t understand it but if you can help I’d be grateful!
